1.Eligibility:DellEnterpriseForumTriviaTuesdaySweepstakes(the“Sweepstakes”)isopenonlytolegalresidentsofthefifty(50)UnitedStatesandtheDistrictofColumbiawhoareatleasteighteen(18)yearsoldatthetimeofentry.  EmployeesofDellMarketingL.P.,DellInc.andtheirparentandaffiliatecompaniesaswellastheimmediatefamily(spouse,parents,siblingsandchildren)andhouseholdmembersofeachsuchemployeearenoteligible.EmployeesoftheCityofNewYorkarenoteligible.Governmentemployees,includingallfederal,state,county,cityormunicipalgovernmentemployeesandK-12employeesarenoteligible.Subjecttoallapplicablefederal,state,andlocallawsandregulations.Voidwhereprohibited.  Participationconstitutesentrant’sfullandunconditionalagreementtotheseOfficialRulesandSponsor’sdecisions,whicharefinalandbindinginallmattersrelatedtotheSweepstakes.Winningaprizeiscontingentuponfulfillingallrequirementssetforthherein.

AtthebeginningofeachEntryPeriod,atriviaquestionwillbepostedfromthe@DellEntForumaccount.Respondto@DellEntForumwiththecorrectanswertothetriviaquestionandincludethehashtag#triviatuesAND#DellEntForumaspartofyourpost,andyouwillautomaticallyreceiveone(1)entryintotheSweepstakesfortheapplicableEntryPeriod'sprizedrawing.  Yourpostmustreplyto@DellEntForumandcontaintheSweepstakeshashtagandtheEventhashtaginordertobeeligibleforentryintotheSweepstakes.

5.  GrandPrizeDrawings:Sponsor’sdecisionsastotheadministrationandoperationoftheSweepstakesandtheselectionofthepotentialwinnersarefinalandbindinginallmattersrelatedtotheSweepstakes.  Sponsorwillrandomlyselectone(1)potentialSweepstakeswinnerfromalleligibleentriesreceivedduringeachoftheseven(7)EntryPeriods.  EntriesfromanyEntryPeriodwillnotcarry-overintosubsequentEntryPeriods.  Eachpotentialwinnerwillreceiveadirectmessagefrom@DellEntForumtotheTwitteraccountusedtoentertheSweepstakes.  Inordertoreceivethedirectmessage,youraccountsettingsmustbesetto"unprotected"and/or"public". Eachpotentialwinnerwillberequiredtorespondtothedirectmessagewithinfive(5)daysofthedatethedirectmessagewaspostedasdirected,orprizewillbeforfeited.  Uponsuccessfulreplytodirectmessage,thepotentialwinnermaybenotifiedbytheSponsorviaemailwithfurtherprizeclaiminstruction.Ifapotentialwinnercannotbecontacted,orprizeisreturnedasundeliverable,potentialwinnerforfeitsprize.  PotentialwinnersmustcontinuetocomplywithalltermsandconditionsoftheseOfficialRulesandwinningarecontingentuponfulfillingallrequirements.Byentering,entrantagreeshe/sheisincompliancewithallofhis/heremployers’rules,policies,andproceduresthatrelateacceptingprizes. Intheeventthatapotentialwinnerisdisqualifiedforanyreason,Sponsorwillawardtheapplicableprizetoanalternatewinnerbyrandomdrawingfromamongallremainingeligibleentries.  Onlythree(3)alternatedrawingswillbeheld,afterwhichtheapplicableprizewillremainun-awarded.  Prizeswillbefulfilledapproximately8-10weeksaftertheconclusionoftheSweepstakes. 

6.Prizes:SEVEN(7)GRANDPRIZES(1perEntryPeriod):ADellEnterpriseForumt-shirt.  TheApproximateRetailValueofthisprizeis$20.00butsubjecttochangebasedon,amongotherthings,normalpricefluctuationsassociatedwiththeconsumermarketplace.Prizeisnon-transferableandnosubstitutionwillbemadeexceptasprovidedhereinattheSponsor’ssolediscretion.Sponsorreservestherighttosubstituteaprizeforoneofequalorgreatervalueifthedesignatedprizeshouldbecomeunavailableforanyreason.  Winnerisresponsibleforalltaxesandfeesassociatedwithprizereceiptand/oruse.  OddsofwinningaprizedependonthenumberofeligibleentriesreceivedduringeachEntryPeriod.  Limit:One(1)prizeperperson.  TotalARVforallPrizes:$140.00.

7.Release:Byentering,entrantagreestoreleaseandholdharmlessSponsor,DellInc.,Administrator,andtheirrespectivesubsidiaries,affiliates,suppliers,distributors,advertising/promotionagencies,andprizesuppliers,andeachoftheirrespectiveparentcompaniesandeachsuchcompany’sofficers,directors,employeesandagents(collectively,the“ReleasedParties”)fromandagainstanyclaimorcauseofaction,including,butnotlimitedto,personalinjury,death,ordamagetoorlossofproperty,arisingoutofparticipationintheSweepstakesorreceiptoruseormisuseofanyprize.

8.Publicity:Exceptwhereprohibited,participationintheSweepstakesconstituteswinner’sconsenttoSponsor’sanditsagents’useofwinner’sname,likeness,photograph,voice,opinionsand/orhometownandstateforpromotionalpurposesinanymedia,worldwide,withoutfurtherpaymentorconsideration.

9.GeneralConditions:Sponsorreservestherighttocancel,suspendand/ormodifytheSweepstakes,oranypartofit,ifanyfraud,technicalfailuresoranyotherfactorbeyondSponsor’sreasonablecontrolimpairstheintegrityorproperfunctioningoftheSweepstakes,asdeterminedbySponsorinitssolediscretion.Sponsorreservestheright,initssolediscretion,todisqualifyanyindividualitfindstobetamperingwiththeentryprocessortheoperationoftheSweepstakesortobeactinginviolationoftheseOfficialRulesoranyotherPromotionorinanunsportsmanlikeordisruptivemanner.AnyattemptbyanypersontodeliberatelyunderminethelegitimateoperationoftheSweepstakesmaybeaviolationofcriminalandcivillaw,and,shouldsuchanattemptbemade,Sponsorreservestherighttoseekdamagesfromanysuchpersontothefullestextentpermittedbylaw.  Sponsor’sfailuretoenforceanytermoftheseOfficialRulesshallnotconstituteawaiverofthatprovision.

 10.LimitationsofLiability:TheReleasedPartiesarenotresponsiblefor:  (1)anyincorrectorinaccurateinformation,whethercausedbyentrants,printingerrorsorbyanyoftheequipmentorprogrammingassociatedwithorutilizedintheSweepstakes;(2)technicalfailuresofanykind,including,butnotlimitedtomalfunctions,interruptions,ordisconnectionsinphonelinesornetworkhardwareorsoftware;(3)unauthorizedhumaninterventioninanypartoftheentryprocessortheSweepstakes;(4)technicalorhumanerrorwhichmayoccurintheadministrationoftheSweepstakesortheprocessingofentries;(5)late,lost,undeliverable,damagedorstolenmail;or(6)anyinjuryordamagetopersonsorpropertywhichmaybecaused,directlyorindirectly,inwholeorinpart,fromentrant’sparticipationintheSweepstakesorreceiptoruseormisuseofanyprize.  Ifforanyreasonanentrant'sentryisconfirmedtohavebeenerroneouslydeleted,lost,orotherwisedestroyedorcorrupted,entrant’ssoleremedyisanotherentryintheSweepstakes,providedthattheEntryPeriodhasnotended.  IftheSweepstakesiscanceled,suspendedormodified,Sponsor,initssolediscretion,mayelecttoholdarandomdrawingfromamongalleligibleentriesreceiveduptothedateofdiscontinuanceforanyoralloftheprizesofferedherein.  Nomorethanthestatednumberofprizeswillbeawarded.Intheeventthatproduction,technical,seeding,programmingoranyotherreasonscausemorethanstatednumberofprizesassetforthintheseOfficialRulestobeavailableand/orclaimed,Sponsorreservestherighttoawardonlythestatednumberofprizesbyarandomdrawingamongalllegitimate,un-awarded,eligibleprizeclaims.

11.Disputes:Exceptwhereprohibited,entrantagreesthatanyandalldisputes,claimsandcausesofactionarisingoutof,orconnectedwith,theSweepstakesoranyprizeawardedshallberesolvedindividually,withoutresorttoanyformofclassaction,andexclusivelybyUnitedStatesDistrictCourtfortheWesternDistrictofTexasandtheTexasStateDistrictCourtinWilliamsonCounty,Texas.  Allissuesandquestionsconcerningtheconstruction,validity,interpretationandenforceabilityoftheseOfficialRules,entrant’srightsandobligations,ortherightsandobligationsoftheSponsorinconnectionwiththeSweepstakes,shallbegovernedby,andconstruedinaccordancewith,thelawsoftheStateofTexas,withoutgivingeffecttoanychoiceoflaworconflictoflawrules(whetheroftheStateofTexasoranyotherjurisdiction),whichwouldcausetheapplicationofthelawsofanyjurisdictionotherthantheStateofTexas.
