Known Issues

If Admin or Help Desk interfaces configured on the target IIS server where you deploy the Russian Localization Package for Self-Service Manager, Russian language would appear in the User interface language dropdown box on the Settings page. Because package does not contain translations for Admin and Help Desk specific strings, some screens in Admin and Help Desk sites would contain both English and Russian strings.

    WORKAROUND

Install Self-Service Manager on a server separate from Admin and/or Help Desk site.
