Description

When deprovisioning a user, this policy re-assigns ownership on all groups that are managed by deprovisioned user account. You can clear group ownership, or you can assign group ownership to a manager of user account or to an explicitly selected account.

Parameters

Reassign ownership

Select an option to automatically re-assign group ownership. if you select a "Re-assign ownership to a particular user or group, you should also specify New owner value. If you select "Re-assign ownership to a user specified in other attribute", you should also specify value for the "Use this attribute for new owner" setting.

New owner

Select an account, which would be assigned as new owner for groups.

Use this attribute for new owner

Specify LDAP name for an attribute, which references an account this policy would use as a new owner for groups.

lnstallation instructions

- Be sure that ActiveRoles Add-on Manager is installed

- Unzip the archive

- Double click *.arsaddon file

- Or in Add-on Manager select "Install add-on from file" option and select *.arsaddon file

How to start using add-on depends on the content of this add-on.

- Some add-ons adds a node under the Application page with instructions

- Some add-ons adds policy types and you can start using it by adding a new policy to a policy object or new activity to a workflow

- Some add-ons are supplied with written instructions in a some document

- Or, finally you can review add-on and inspect what configuration objects where deployed to ARS
